Thanksgiving Sides Cooking Class

Thanksgiving is one of our favorite holidays here at the Provisions Kitchen. It’s all about hospitality, creating soul-warming dishes, and kicking off the winter season. Each year we flip through our library of culinary magazines and cookbooks looking for new ways to present traditional sides. In this class, we will be sharing our favorites including Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Cinnamon-Butter Yogurt and Chestnuts, Braised Greens in Coconut Milk, Harissa Mashed Potatoes, Mushroom and Gruyere Bread Pudding. We will enjoy a meal made of sides and sample our favorite Thanksgiving dessert, an Apple Tarte Tatin.
