His wines are characterized by the collection of prestigious vineyards from which he sources. Paul uses sustainable practices to yield wines that showcase the singular nature of their origins. Vineyards stretch across pedigreed terroirs in the Russian River Valley, West Sonoma Coast and Napa Valley including estate-owned sites and vineyards farmed by long standing partner growers.

A portion of the proceeds from the evening will benefit Malama Kauai and its mission to increase local food production and food security to the island of Kauai. Malama Kauai is dedicated to supporting local farmers by creating distribution networks to help farmers go to market with their produce and products.
