Mango Cooking Class

Mango season is almost, just about, oh so close. In our mind’s memory, we smell the intoxicating sweetness and feel the syrupy juice running down our forearms as we prep our favorite Rapozas for the Jam Pot.

What will be taught
– Mango Jam
– Mango Pie Filling – How to safely can it for later
– Mango Bread
– Mango Galette

Everyone will take home a small mango loaf, one jar of mango jam, and one jar of mango pie filling. 

Age Requirement: 15 years or older (Youth ages 15-17 must be accompanied by a registered adult)

Location: The Provisions Kitchen in Lawai.

All the needed ingredients, recipes, and tools will be provided so guests may practice the techniques during class.
