Bavarian Pretzel Class

It’s Oktoberfest season, and we are celebrating the Fall Festival at the Provisions Kitchen! Join Oahu-based chef, Sandra Wilson of Sandra’s Bavarian Delights in learning how to make authentic Bavarian Pretzels. Chef Sandra will be sharing her family’s centuries-old recipe secrets and techniques for rolling, boiling, and baking beautifully golden, soft pretzels. This class will end with an authentic Bavarian meal, and everyone will head home with a box of fresh pretzels.

We desire each guest to leave the Provisions Kitchen with new friends, a further understanding of Hawaii’s diverse cultures, and the confidence to create the same dishes again in their own home.
