Experience a one night special event! The Big Easy Cajun/Creole pop up restaurant in Hanapēpē at Unko’s restaurant. Chef Sean Hartigan and the chef’s collective bring you a Mardi Gras night featuring authentic Nee Orleans style cuisine. Four Course Prix Fix menu all inclusive. Chef Sean Hartigan is an award winning Cajun/Creole chef and a resident of Kauai. In partnership with Unko’s restaurant and his chef collective he brings the authentic tastes of New Orleans to Kauai with dishes including seafood jambalaya, seafood gumbo, crawfish etouffee, beignets and Bread pudding.
