DESCRIPTION:Anuhea\nAnuhea embodies the perfect blend of talent\, determination\, passion\, and Hawaiian sunshine. A singer-songwriter from Maui\, she has over 15 years of experience in the music industry\, carving out a unique space for herself by combining everything from island reggae\, acoustic soul\, pop\, and even hip-hop into a sound that is honest\, emotional\, and unmistakably her own. \nHer catalogue of self-written songs has garnered multiple Nā Hōkū Hanohano Awards\, including Female Vocalist of the Year in 2019\, and she has been featured on both Grammy-nominated and Grammy-winning albums. However\, referring to her solely as a musician does not capture her full range of talents. Anuhea is also an actor\, graphic designer\, creative director\, merch maker\, tour planner\, website builder\, content creator\, and a full-time mom. From album covers and logos to tour posters and social media visuals\, if you see something with her name on it\, there’s a good chance she created it herself. \nHer latest album\, “Lotus” commemorates 15 years since her debut and reflects the growth\, strength\, and self-discovery that come from forging one’s own path through all of life’s seasons. Anuhea skillfully balances her full-time music career with raising her son\, Ikena Jack\, who began touring with her even before he was born. Additionally\, she gives back to the community through her mental health podcast “Just Keep Jamming”\, her work with local non-profits and mentorship programs\, and her Aloha Always Foundation provides scholarships for Hawai’i students. \nWhether performing on a festival stage or jamming with keiki in a school gym\, Anuhea infuses humility\, humor\, and heart into everything she does. The Pavilion Kitchen is open with a full menu of hot meals and snacks. Vegan/ Vegetarian options will be available. \nThis is GA standing room show. We will have some seating sections set up throughout the venue available on a first come first serve basis. \nWe will have some covered raised tables available around the perimeter of the lawned area. \nGonna need seating?? Bring your own! We encourage you to bring your own folding chairs for the lawn. Please note\, folding chairs are not allowed to be set up inside the pavilion. \nDrinking alcohol on property outside of designated areas including in our parking lots is not permitted and will be grounds for immediate removal from property. DESCRIPTION:Never has contemporary jazz guitarist Ray Obiedo’s genuine lifelong affection for the San Francisco Bay Area’s unique musical personality been more clearly evident or remarkably celebrated than in his newest CD “Latin Jazz Project Vol 1”\, released nationwide on the Rhythmus Records label.\n\nEventually launching his own solo recording career on the Windham Hill Jazz label\, Obiedo recorded and released no less than five contemporary jazz albums over the following few years to steadily increasing levels of critical praise and commercial success.\n\nIndeed\, the world of contemporary jazz guitarist Ray Obiedo is a highly energized and hypnotically rhythmic soundscape revealing all the passion\, flavor\, color\, and style of the Northern California region which conceived\, nourished and inspired the musical soul of this fascinating and prolific jazz artist.\n\nRay will perform for one night only on Kauai!
