SUMMARY:Southside Music & Arts Festival
DESCRIPTION:The annual Southside Music and Arts Festival celebrates the cultural diversity of Kauai with a night full of fantastic art\, live music\, and creativity on Kauai’s South Side.  \nOn Saturday\, June 20th Old Koloa Town will come to life with over 50 local artists\, food trucks\, and 4 bands. We invite you to dance the night away to live music\, or wander beneath the towering trees and discover art installations and interactive booths. Grab some excellent dinner or snacks\, and complete the night with shopping at local artisans booths. There’s something for everyone at the 3rd annual Southside Music and Arts Festival.  \nThe festival begins with live music and vendors in Waikomo Courtyard\, before moving across the street towards the Sugar Monument. Here you’ll find the festival main stage\, art installations\, and more artists and vendors. Lawn chairs and blankets are encouraged for attendees.  \nThis family friendly festival is free to attend\, thanks to our sponsors Old Koloa Town and Fish Eye Gallery.  \nThe Southside Music and Arts festival is produced by the non profit Southside Arts Initiative. DESCRIPTION:Garden Isle Quilters present their 7th annual QUILT EXHIBIT & SALE  AUGUST 14-22\, 2026 \nat the KSA Gallery in Kukui Grove Center\, Lihue.  The show will be open daily from 10AM to 5PM.  \n•Admission is FREE• \n Friday the 14th\, there will be a “Meet the Artists Reception” from 5-7PM.  Come meet the makers\, talk story\, learn about their works \, enjoy light Pupu and great company! \nThe Garden Isle Quilters are a non-profit group of 5 talented Quilters presenting a diverse display of their works from functional to fine art Quilts. Included in the group are:  m.Lea Ingram\, Toni Wass\, Linda Mathews\, Lucinda Tardiff and guest artist Lyndia Irion. \nAll works will be for sale\, ready to carry away(shipping available).
