DESCRIPTION:Join us for a meaningful morning of mālama ʻāina (caring for the land) at our Community Planting Day with Kahu ʻĀina\, focused on planting Naupaka Kahakai\, a vital native coastal plant. This hands-on community workday is an opportunity to learn\, connect\, and give back while strengthening our relationship with ʻāina and each other. \nThe event will take place on Sunday\, December 14\, 2025\, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Malaehaʻakoa Heiau. Participants will help restore the area through guided planting and stewardship. Attendees are asked to bring their own shovels and dress for outdoor work. \nDirections: Enter Wailua Marina Road. Food trucks\, restaurants\, and several musicians make it a market to remember! \nOur exact vendor line-up changes regularly\, but you’re sure to find paintings\, ceramics\, photography\, jewelry\, soaps & more\, plus meet the local artists who make it all. Three different music tents create a lively atmosphere\, and the food trucks and dessert options aren’t to be missed. \nThis free and family friendly event has been proudly running since 2015. You’ll find us on the Second Sunday of each month from 4-8pm\, only at the Princeville Shopping Center. Our open-air outdoor market is a rain or shine event.
