DESCRIPTION:Garden Isle Quilters Quilt Exhibit & Sale August 15-23\, 2025 \nat the KSA Gallery in Kukui Grove Center\, Lihue\, Kaua’i       FREE ADMISSION \nOpen Daily from 10AM to 5PM  (On Friday Aug.15 from 10AM to 7PM- Artist Reception 5-7PM \nThere will be a diverse display from everyday to fine art quilts for purchase.  Ready to carry away \nCredit Cards accepted &  Shipping is available. \nThe Garden Isle Quilters is a non-profit group of five women who get together to show and sell their quilts & hand works and also to raise money for Kaua’i organizations that give back to our community.  This year we are focusing on The Mokihana Club which supports our local  college Nursing Programs by awarding Scholarships to students. DESCRIPTION:Relay For Life of Kaua’i is a community event organized by American Cancer Society volunteers.   More than just a walk\, the American Cancer Society Relay For Life brings together passionate supporters who embody the American Cancer Society’s vision to end cancer as we know it\, for everyone. This volunteer-led experience unites communities to celebrate cancer survivors\, remember loved ones lost to cancer\, and raise funds to improve the lives of people with cancer and their families through advocacy\, research\, and patient support\, to ensure everyone has an opportunity to prevent\, detect\, treat\, and survive cancer. \nFunds raised support numerous programs at the American Cancer Society- Research\, Free Rides to treatment\, free lodging during treatment\, Free smoking cessation support\, breast cancer support\, a 24/7 manned 1-800 numbers to assist people with any questions or support they may need\, cancer support programs for survivors and caregivers. \nMore information can be found at www.relayforlife.org/kauaihi \n
