On April 19\, the community will gather at the Hanalei Chinese Cemetery for the Ching Ming ceremony\, a time of remembrance\, respect\, and renewal of ancestral connections\, followed by a shared luncheon. \nThrough education\, ceremony\, and community participation\, this event seeks to restore and sustain an important Hanalei tradition while strengthening stewardship of this historic cultural site.
