Unhurried, 2-hour guided tours of the 100 acre Grove Farm site which preserves one of Hawaii's sugar plantation buildings, furnishings and collections, surrounding orchards and pasture lands. This homestead was the center of operations for the developing sugar plantation and involved the relationship of family life, plantation activity, household work, gardening and farming, and continues as part of the experience of visiting Grove Farm. Authentic Qi Gong and Tai Chi Classes. Every Tuesday and Wednesday morning starting at 7:30 AM on the lawn near the beach behind the Coral Reef Hotel in Kapaa (just north of Kapaa Public Library). Classes begin with establishing a foundation of breath work. Hun Yuan Qi Gong, Chan Si Gong, medical Qi Gong, and Chen Style Taiji form (24 and 83). Fee structure: $15 per class; $60 for 5 classes; $100 for 10 classes.
