Authentic Qi Gong and Tai Chi Classes. Every Tuesday and Wednesday morning starting at 7:30 AM on the lawn near the beach behind the Coral Reef Hotel in Kapaa (just north of Kapaa Public Library). Classes begin with establishing a foundation of breath work. Hun Yuan Qi Gong, Chan Si Gong, medical Qi Gong, and Chen Style Taiji form (24 and 83). Fee structure: $15 per class; $60 for 5 classes; $100 for 10 classes.
