A singer-songwriter from Maui\, she has over 15 years of experience in the music industry\, carving out a unique space for herself by combining everything from island reggae\, acoustic soul\, pop\, and even hip-hop into a sound that is honest\, emotional\, and unmistakably her own. \nHer catalogue of self-written songs has garnered multiple Nā Hōkū Hanohano Awards\, including Female Vocalist of the Year in 2019\, and she has been featured on both Grammy-nominated and Grammy-winning albums. However\, referring to her solely as a musician does not capture her full range of talents. Anuhea is also an actor\, graphic designer\, creative director\, merch maker\, tour planner\, website builder\, content creator\, and a full-time mom. From album covers and logos to tour posters and social media visuals\, if you see something with her name on it\, there’s a good chance she created it herself. \nHer latest album\, “Lotus” commemorates 15 years since her debut and reflects the growth\, strength\, and self-discovery that come from forging one’s own path through all of life’s seasons. Anuhea skillfully balances her full-time music career with raising her son\, Ikena Jack\, who began touring with her even before he was born.
