Join our Kaua’i bleeding disorders community as we Make a Difference In Our Local Community.

This year, we will be walking as a group and participating in National Make A Difference Day Event in support of Friends of Kamalani and Lydgate Park.

Friends of Kamalani is a non profit group made up of local volunteers who have committed themselves to the maintenance and preservation of one of the islands well loved parks.

Event begins in the Main Pavilion at 7:30am with coffee, pastries, fruit and registration. We’ll meet as a group and begin our task together. (likely just light trash pickup allowing us to walk around the park)

at 9:00am, we’ll stop our work for a pinwheel ceremony

Lunch is served at approximately 11:15 am and we’ll be pau by noon.

What to bring: Yourself, your family, friends, neighbors, water bottle, Unite Shirt, work gloves if you have some.

Consider bringing your swim suit, other beach type items for some fun in the sun after the event.

We’ll be putting up a pop up tent and staging near the main pavilion.
