Dr. Mills, whose archeological study at Paʻulaʻula-Fort Elizabeth in the mid 1990’s culminated in his insightful and thought-provoking book: Hawaiiʻs Russian Adventure. He provides a strong voice for many hundreds of years of native cultural practices at Paʻulaʻula, as well as integration of diverse thoughts and ideas from western influence in the late 18th—early 19th century.

Come revisit Paʻulaʻula, the first sacred wahi pana to be visited By foreigners.
