Piyo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. A total-body fitness system, Piyo links together dynamic, constantly flowing exercises to increase your heart rate, burn calories and make you sweat. The class is low-impact but high energy, a true fat-burning workout.
