Come listen to historical figures from west Kauaʻi tells stories from their perspectives on the grounds and within the food forest of the historic Hale Puna house built in 1828. Stories to be shared include:

Captain Cookʻs landing at Waimea, as told by Chiefess Kamakahelei
The return of Prince Humehume to Kauaʻ, as told by King Kaumualiʻi
The kidnapping of Kaumuali’i, as told by Queen Deborah Kapule Kekaihaʻakūlou
My husband’s shootout with the Deputy, as told by Piʻilani Kaluaikoʻolau
