Earth Day Supper That Sustains Us

Celebrate Earth Day with a special farm-to-table dinner featuring our rooftop garden specialist and farmer-at-large “Farmer Cody” Lee Myers, and Kyle Reutner, General Manager of Kō Hana Rum in collaboration with 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay Executive Chef Mel Fogata.
Enjoy veggies and herbs from our organic rooftop garden, fruits that were grown in Cody’s orchard and fresh produce from various local farmers to highlight the bounty of the island in a special dinner menu that will be featured at 1 Kitchen. Learn more about food sustainability, regenerative farming and the benefits of supporting local, among other topics.
Along with seasonal bites, enjoy specialty cocktails inspired by Earth Day, as we pair delicious tropical fruits with handcrafted, small batch Hawaiian Agricole rum to create craft daquiris and cocktails.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Surfrider Kaua’i, a local nonprofit organization that fights for ocean and marine life protection, environmental education, plastic reduction, coastal and climate protection and clean water for all.
