Matsuri Kauai
Cultural Festival in Lihue at Kauai War Memorial Convention Hall
The Kauai Japanese Cultural Society will be celebrating 26 years. This years festivities will start off on October 8 with Karaoke singers, dancers, martial arts, drumming, kimon kitsuke for adults as well as children, bento sales, origami, oshibana, musbi madness contest, mochi pounding, mini bon dance, tea ceremony, bonsai, jorei and flower circle. Enjoy Hawaiian music, hula and Japanese dance by our Japanese visitors and local artists! There is something for everyone!
